For the first time the BMA River 2 Reef Ride Festival is inviting clubs and community groups across the Mackay, Sarina, Dysart and Moranbah communities to share in $30,000 worth of event proceeds.
We have over 30 volunteer spots to fill for the 2026 BMA River 2 Reef Ride Festival. Every volunteer spot represents an opportunity for your club to earn cash.
To be considered for a share of the 2026 proceeds simply nominate for a maximum of 3 volunteer roles that can be fulfilled by your club/community organisation at next year’s BMA River 2 Reef Ride Festival.
In addition to being accepted for a volunteer role, your club will be eligible to earn additional monies:
Receive $5 from every Rider registration linked to your club*; and
Receive an additional $5 for every jersey purchase where a Rider has linked their registration to your club*.

*Riders must select your club/community group at the time of registering for the 2026 BMA River 2 Reef Ride Festival on RaceResult. Retrospective nominations for clubs are not eligible to receive the $5 for registration and the additional $5 for jersey purchases.
